Steps

Keep the index finger on the base of the thumb and press with thumb keeping the other three fingers straight. any asan can be followed but bjraasan is the best asan..

Benefits:

  • It prevents all the diseases that occur due to the imbalance of the air.
  • It controls 51 types vaat disorder like sciatica, gastric pain, paralysis, abdomen pain.
  • body pain, joint pain, knee pain, pain in spine,
  • stops gas formation.
  • it cures the impurities in blood circulation.
  • cholera can be cured
  • Helpful for heart disease
  • Doing this mudra along with “vajrasan”,cures gas & uneasy feelings after having food.
  • Cures other vaat related proablems like parkinson, scitica, polio & knee related problems.
  • It cures Rheumatism, Arthritis, Gout, Parkinson’s disease and paralysis without any medicine
  • it is useful for Cervical Spondylosis, paralysis to face and catching of nerve in neck It corrects the disorder of gas in the stomach.
  • If you have pain of right side of neck, do “vayu” mudra with left hand & twist the palm from wrist, & vice-versa. In case of pain on both sides of neck, use both hands.

Time Duration

The practice of this mudra for 45 minutes .For better results practice it for two months.
